Attendance Tracker (Software Engineering Project)
This project was a major part of my Software Engineering class. Where a group of us selected a project from a list and then worked with the project’s client with the intent of creating some sort of deliverable at the end of the semester. During which we would learn about Software Engineering by creating proposals, requirement documents, progress reports, and final documentation. With the final documentation then being used to possibly continue the project the next semester.
Our project was a continuation of a project from a previous semester with the client being another professor in the Computer Science department. With the goal being to develop an app that the professor could use to take “paper-less” and “contact-free” attendance. That would be easily worked in to their current solution. Acting as a refinement of the current solution.
